The Missing LayerThird Edition

In July, thirty five of us sat at Nexus Studios on Camana Bay and said the things we don't usually say out loud. It was meant to be a one-off. You asked for more.

So I came back in September, and we went further. A more intimate circle. More depth. We put down the job titles and looked at the emotional load we actually carry, and we spent the evening with anger.. the one emotion women are taught to swallow.

Anger isn't the problem. It's the signal that a boundary has been crossed.

Looked at squarely rather than feared, it turns out to be one of our greatest teachers. On Wednesday 28th October, I'm coming back for the third edition.

This is a transformational group coaching experience, not a networking event. You come as you are, I hold the room, and we let it flow. No preparation, no performance, nothing to read beforehand.

The theme stays secret until we're in the room. That's deliberate, so that participants don't rehearse their answers. This is where the transformation happens.

What I can tell you is that we'll keep going into the emotional load we carry beyond our job titles. The shame, the guilt, the parts we keep hidden. Not only as leaders, but as mothers, wives, partners, daughters, sisters, friends.. because all of it walks into work with us every morning, whether we acknowledge it or not.

This is the inner circle of the community we're building in Cayman. It stays intimate on purpose, so the room stays safe enough to be fully yourself in it.

What shifts in those three hours
